Definition of Mindfulness:
  1. deliberately paying attention, non-judgementally
  2. a practice that includes both internal & external environments.
  3. being aware of what is present for you, mentally, emotionally & physically in each moment
  4. with practice can open the possibility of freeing yourself of reactive & habitual patterns
  5. promotes balance, choice, wisdom and acceptance of what is
